In front of a magnificent backdrop, in the colonnades of the New Palace in Sanssouci Park, Marc Cain presented a collection full of proverbial radiance. The focus of the usual colorful fashion was airy summer knitwear, shorts and miniskirts in boucle with structured surfaces, lace and lace patterns. Our La Biosthétique Paris Fashion Week Team impressively continued the collection in hairstyle. The backstage stylists, led by Alexander Dinter, created a casual and glamorous high-end wet look that perfectly complemented the feminine summer fashion.
The backstage stylists created a casual and glamorous high-end wet look that perfectly complemented the feminine summer fashion. To achieve the heavily gelled look, the hair was first styled into a strict side parting. La Biosthétique Volumizing Spray was then used as a “prep” and Light Defining Cream to give the hair a sleek, elegant texture. Coming soon: Glossing Spray ensured a final, very shiny finish with a wet character. Glossing Spray is the brilliant red carpet finish for every length and every look ensuring long-lasting, shimmering shine and intense light reflections without any silicones.
The sparkling shine of the fashion also inspired the make-up artists to create make-up that consistently continued the radiance of summer fashion with products from the upcoming trend collection. The look entitled “Eternal Venus” impressed with its “glowing” shimmer and feminine lightness. The basis for the sun-kissed complexion was the La Biosthétique Make-Up Glow Base. The soft eye and lip make-up in delicate purple tones also relied entirely on summery naturalness.
In the location “The Tunnel” at the Potsdamer Platz subway station, Emilia Pfohl and Nan Li showed the 60 looks from their 'Good Girl Gone Bad' collection and, in collaboration with the 2000s cult brand Ed Hardy, staged a wild, colorful and self-confident one party of pop culture and provocation. Both the hair concept and the make-up were based on the “rough” look of fashion, by Alexander Dinter and Steffen Zoll.
The hair concept was based on the 'rough' look of fashion: unstyled mirror glaze glass hair, which was created with volumizing spray and powder spray, rounded off the overall looks. Glossing spray gave the finish a wet look. Coming soon: Glossing Spray is the brilliant red carpet finish for every length and every look. When it came to make-up, the make-up artists took up the theme of fashion. Lipliner and lipstick were used in eye make-up - a clear sign of breaking conventions. Lips darkly contoured with Automatic Pencil for Lips Poppy Orange and filled in with Sensual Lipstick Creamy Soft Rose completed the look.
