The main active ingredient, an Edelweiss extract Leontopodium alpinum produced by organic farming in the Swiss Alps, protects the local biodiversity and is a fairtrade ingredient. Scientific selection of ideal Edelweiss plants in cooperation with the Swiss Federal Centre of Excellence for Agricultural Research (Agroscope).
